Seafood Pasta Salad

This makes a lot so I only make it for large gatherings.   The fresher your ingredients, the better this salad tastes.  No fake crab meat allowed either.

1 lb. small seashell pasta, cooked al dente, drained and chilled
8 oz. Fresh lump crabmeat (or to taste…add as much as you like)
1 lb. Large boiled shrimp, chilled (I buy the frozen precooked small shrimp without tails …just toss the into the salad)

2 cups mayonnaise
juice from ½ lemon
½ Tbsp salt
½ Tbsp pepper
½ Tbsp fresh crushed garlic
¾ tsp sugar
¼ cup freshly chopped parsley
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Mix thoroughly and chill for a day or two before serving.

Note: ½ tbsp equals to 1 ½ tsps.
