Garlic Mashed Potatoes For 50

(Serves 50)

2.4 pounds instant mashed potatoes
1 pound butter, melted
1 quart sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup garlic, minced

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 4″ deep steam pan with non-stick spray.
3. Prepare potatoes according to directions on box. Add other ingredients. Put into pan.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Can be prepared 48 hours in advance.
5. Put insulated cookie sheet on center rack. Put pan in on insulated sheet.
6. Bake for 2 hours.
7. Cover with foil if top is getting too browned.
