Menu:

Crustless Spinach Quiche-2″squares; Recipe 5X for 50 peopleĀ  ( 18-20 squares leftover)
Olive Cheese Balls (125) (see recipe)
Assorted mini muffins (2 1/2 dz. blueberry; 3 1/2 dz.lemon poppyseed; 2 1/2 dz. pumpkin choc.chip )
Fruit Skewers (50-6″ skewers:pineapple,strawberry,grape,cantaloupe,honeydew)

2 Pre-cut pkgs pineapple (Sams)
2 pkgs. strawberries (Sams)
1 3-lb. pkg. grapes (Sams)
1 cantaloupe/2 honeydew
1 bag seedless oranges (9) (sliced in circles, then halved)

Coffee Punch (one gallon left over)
Hot Apple Cider ( 1 1/2 gallons)
