Olive Cheese Balls

4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1 cup melted butter
21 oz jar green pimento olives (drain and pat dry with paper towel)

Work cheese and flour together till crumbly.
Add melted butter and stir in well.
Mold around olives.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased pan (or line pan with parchment paper).
Cover and chill one hour (or freeze till ready to bake).
Bake 400 15-20 minutes till light brown.
