* Lemonade, iced tea and ice water
* Dessert – 4 different fruit cobblers, brownies, cookies made by another person

Spiral sliced ham (Archer Farms from Target) 55 lbs, 4 one gallon ziplock bags left over
112 Russett baking potatoes, wrapped in foil – 20 left over
1 gallon raisin sauce – 1 quart leftover
Sour Cream – 4 pounds, little left over
Chives – 4 oz, none left over
Bacon – 2 pounds, none left over
Cheddar Cheese – 5 pounds, 3 left over
Bagged Salad – 8 large bags (serves 11), 4 left over
Croutons – made from scratch from 2 2-pound loaves of white bread
