Open House for 80-90

An Open House attended by 80-90 people. Prepped for 100 guests. Time: 2-5 pm

Menu:

*  Cheeseball and crackers – Made two Garlic Cheddar Cheeseballs and only used one.
*  2 2.4 pound boxes of Pepperidge Farm Distinctive Cracker Quartet crackers, one left
*  Fresh fruit with a cream cheese dip –

Strawberries – 8 quarts, 2 left over; red grapes – 5.5 pounds, 2 left over, White grapes – 5.5 pounds, 2 left over
Pineapple – four, none left; Cantaloupe – 3, perhaps 1, 1 1/2 left over
Cream cheese dip – one container Marsetti Fruit Dip

*  Cookies – 2 batches Lemon Sugar Cookie…several dozen left over
*  Swedish Meatballs – 12 pounds of Sam’s Italian meatballs made with 3X Swedish Meatball recipe sauce
*  Nuts – 2  1-lb cans
*  Mini Eclairs – 2 boxes

5 Gallons Lemonade
5 Gallons Sweet Tea
16 pounds of ice
