Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Ball

1 (10-0unce) box frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4-ounce) jar artichokes, chopped (I use the marinated artichokes)
1 (1-ounce) envelope dry ranch dressing mix
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped

1. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, feta and cream cheese, artichokes, dressing mix and garlic.

2.  Combine with clean hands until well blended.

3.  Shape the mixture either into a ball or a log, then place on a serving plate and serve with crackers or bagel chips.
